Aruba ClearPass Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting ClearPass in complex network environments to ensure robust access control policies. This includes tasks like integrating ClearPass with Active Directory, managing authentication methods, and resolving network access issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba wireless technologies.
• Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass technologies.
• Support and test LANs, VLANs, 802.11 wireless networks, VPNs, NAT devices, and DHCP servers.
• Conduct site surveys, assess RF interference, and optimize Wi-Fi coverage and performance.
• Analyze and interpret Wi-Fi survey data and make informed network adjustments.
• Understand and implement network routing and switching protocols.
• Utilize network monitoring and management tools.
• Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage multiple network-related projects effectively.
• Be prepared for on-call duties and flexible work hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or network engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Expertise in Aruba wireless technologies and ClearPass.
• Experience with other wireless technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nice to have HPE/Aruba certification (e.g., ACMP, ACCP, ACP Campus Access, ACP Security, CAMX/ACMX
